Omer is a partner in the High Tech practice at Shibolet and the Head of the China practice group at the firm. He leads the investments, M&A and R&D operations of the firm’s Chinese technology, financial and infrastructure clients.

Omer has been practicing Hi-tech, VC, PE, JV and M&A law for more than 25 years and has represented some of the most successful start-ups in Israel.

Eliran Elimelech is the VP of Ecosystem Development division at Start-Up Nation Central. In his current role Eliran is responsible to support various growth aspects of the Israeli Tech-Ecosystem and foster commercial collaboration among all ecosystem players. Prior to his arrival at SNC, Eliran ran a private consultancy for Israeli start-ups wishing to operate in developing markets such as China, India, and the CIS, and was a commercial attache at the Israeli Embassy in Beijing, where he was responsible for promoting Israeli companies in China through various business and trade initiatives.

Eliran holds a B.A. in international relations and East Asian studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and GMBA from the Inter Disciplinary Centre (IDC). He is as well an alumnus of the Israeli government’s elite cadets’ program, where he was selected to “upgrade skills” program in the Israeli government. Eliran is married with three children and speaks Hebrew, Chinese, and English.

Amir Gal-Or has been involved with the venture capital industry for almost 30 years. In addition to being a serial entrepreneur and founder of the Infinity Group, Mr. Gal-Or founded Imed Infinity Medical - Limited Partnership (TLV: IMED) and today serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee, is the honorary president of the Israel Chamber of Commerce in China and is an experienced combat pilot in the Israeli Air Force. Mr. Gal-Or holds a BSc in economics and business management from the University of Haifa, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and is a graduate of Harvard University’s Private Equity and Venture Capital program.
