Mr. Yuval Ben Sadeh is working in China for the past 15 years. During this time he have established the activity of YAMIT Filtration in China as a REP office as an employee and AST clean water technologies a registered company in china. As it’s founder and one of the investors.

Yuval have experience as a Senior marketing and sales manager in a global work environment, United States, Australia, Far East, East Africa, Europe and Eastern Europe. Particular expertise in water treatment systems, a business and technical combination.

Zach is a graduate of Tel Aviv University Law School and Department of East Asian Studies and holds a Master degree in International Management for China from the University of London -SOAS. Additionally, he spent two years studying Chinese in Taiwan. Zach joined HIL, a Dutch law firm in Shanghai in 2005. He joined Bonnard Lawson as a local partner in 2010 and currently manages the firm’s Shanghai office. Zach is specialized in joint ventures, market entry, and business structuring. Zach is also a founding partner of Equasia, which provides corporate services in Hong Kong and other offshore jurisdictions and is a board member of Kehilat Shanghai since 2014.

Ariel joined Infinity Equity Fund in 2005, bringing 25 years of financial and commercial experience in the high tech industry.
Previously he served as CFO and Interim CEO for Shellcase Ltd. For seven years, he was a senior executive at Nexus Telocation Systems, where he held positions including president and COO, vice president of operations, and director on the board of EDEN. Ariel also served as the chief financial officer of OTM Technologies, where he was in charge of the Japanese market. Prior to this, Mr. Poppel worked for 15 years at Tadiran in various financial and business positions, including CFO of Tadiran Communication Systems, a division that established three new high tech startups that evolved into companies with revenues over US$100M. He was also the head of the economics and business department at Tadiran.
