This year has brought about the anticipated regeneration of opportunities and the forging of new connections. As we had hoped, our expectations have become a reality. A large number of delegations and businessmen from China have been traveling to Israel, aiming to explore new technologies, innovations, and opportunities for cooperation. Over the past several months, IsCham, in collaboration with its strategic partner in Israel, ViaMeshi Association has successfully hosted Business & Government delegations from China. They have also organized roadshows showcasing Israeli tech companies to Chinese audiences. | On May 8th Suzhou government visited Israel, and hosted an event in Hilton Tel Aviv. During the event, Deputy Mayor of Suzhou Xiangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Sheng Menglong presented opportunities for foreign companies in Xiangcheng. ViaMeshi GM was asked to give a talk on Israeli innovation and it's potential in the Chinese market. China is producing new and innovative technology every day. These new technologies are being utilized in China and around the globe to improve operations in a corporate working environment, the quality of life in small neighborhoods, and the clean energy used by electric vehicles.
IOT China is promoting policies to develop and integrate the industrial internet into society. The country is working with both local and foreign entities to advance The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) which strengthens industrial and manufacturing processes to optimize operating efficiency.
Smart-Cities' Transportation China is working towards transforming their cities into “15-minute cities”, cities where a citizen can access their essential needs in a 15-minute walk, such as transportation, hospital, school, supermarket, etc. These changes will focus on developing cleaner energy and higher-quality public transportation.
Automotive China’s major automaker company, BYD, is revamping its research and development facilities by switching to a more expansive center-based model, focusing its technology centers on electronics and electrical engineering, and developing the company’s premium brands. BYD is starting to collaborate with foreign entities to expand its influence worldwide.

| On May 2nd, Foretellix, the leading provider of safety-driven verification and validation solutions for Automated Driving Systems and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), announced it has raised $43 million in the first closing of its Series C funding round led by 83North, bringing its total raised capital to over $93 million. | May 23rd - Holon, Israel - Opsys Tech, the developer of the world’s most advanced LiDAR technology, announced its promising progress to deliver true solid-state scanning LiDAR sensors for windshield integration. The first concept of the Opsys LiDAR-integrated windshield design, developed in collaboration with Wideye by AGC, is already available, and it will be validated in the coming months.
