| On March 24th IsCham together with ViaMeshi, and INNONATION hosted the Israeli Medical Device, Digital, AI and Imaging Roadshow
The roadshow was a great opportunity for Israeli startups in the medical device and digital health industries to develop connections with Chinese entities and potential partners in these sectors. IsCham is honored to announce about one of the largest acquisition deals signed in recent years between an Israeli and a Chinese company
Venus Medtech, China-based company focused on the treatment of structural heart disease, acquired the Israeli Cardiovalve Ltd, a developer of transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) and transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) device. The main purpose of the acquisition: to develop the field of cardiac valve disease treatment and accelerate Venus’ internationalization. The $300M acquisition was signed on March.
Cardiovalve's technology is considered a breakthrough in the cardiac valve disease treatment field; Cardiovalve is a pioneer in the field of transcatheter valve replacement which help patients suffering from heart valve disease to access innovative solutions.
中国以色列商会很荣幸宣布以色列和中国公司近年来签署的最大收购案之一：
中国杭州启明医疗器械股份有限公司，专注于结构性心脏病治疗技术，近期收购了以色列Cardiovalve Ltd.，该以色列公司自主研发了可治疗二尖瓣反流和三尖瓣反流的经导管介入瓣膜置换技术设备。本次收购的主要目的：提升心脏瓣膜疾病治疗技术，加速启明医疗国际化进程。3月，两家公司正式签署高达3亿美元的收购协议。
Cardiovalve公司的技术在经导管瓣膜置换术领域具有突破性，是该领域的先驱，可帮助患有心脏瓣膜疾病的患者获得创新性的治疗方案。 |

| GREAT NEWS ON ISREAL-CHINA COOPERATION: Early February, IsCham Member- Opsys Tech announced the deal with auto supplier Huayu Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. (HASCO) ADAS Business Unit. Opsys Tech is going to supply LiDAR system for production cars as early as 2024-2025.
