The event is organized and hosted by IsCham China & ViaMeshi Association in Israel and supported by the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry and its Economic Missions in China.

    Iris is IsCham's General Manager. Iris holds a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) from the International School of Management (ISM), France; a Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) from The Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, and a Master’s degree in law studies (MA) from Bar Ilan University, Israel. In addition, Iris holds a B.A. in Health systems management from The Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.

    Iris has lived in Shanghai with her family for the last 10 years. In Israel, Iris worked as a head purchaser in the public healthcare sector. Prior, she worked at an import company as a brand manager.

    Her life and work experience, along with her academic knowledge, enables Iris to promote Israeli companies in China and connect them with the suitable Chinese entities essential for success. Iris believes that combining China’s determination to acquire tech solutions and Israel’s profusion of tech companies would generate a great synergy and cooperation between the two countries.

    In order To increase exposer to this growing pool of innovation, Israel's Ministry of Economy and Industry has 5 Trade offices in China, located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Hong-Kong. Their main goal is to assist and introduce Chinese and Israeli companies to each other and create business opportunities and long-lasting commercial relationships. The teams are dedicated to accompany and support Israeli exporters in their activities in China, promote investments in Israel and stimulate strategic cooperation between partners from both countries.
