    Nechemia (Chemi) J. Peres, chairman of the advisory committee at Impact First Investments, is a Managing General Partner and Co-Founder of Pitango Venture Capital. In 1992, Chemi founded the Mofet Israel Technology Fund, an Israeli venture capital fund publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Chemi has served on the boards of several NASDAQ companies such as AudioCodes, BackWeb, Magic Software Enterprises, Aladdin, VocalTec, Orckit Communications and Koor Industries, among others. Chemi currently serves on the boards of numerous Pitango portfolio companies and also for several non-profit organizations. He is chairman of the Peres Center for Peace, board member at Social Finance Israel, and serves on the board of Governors of the Caesarea Foundation. Chemi holds a BSc. degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Tel Aviv University. Chemi served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force for 10 years.

Asia Direct is the leading company in bringing Israeli technologies into the Chinese market. The company is responsible for successfully bringing more than 100 Israeli companies into the Chinese market. In addition, Asia Direct has raised more than $300 M USD from China into Israeli Hi Tech companies in the recent years. Gal holds an MBA from New York University.

Tal set up strategic international partnerships including the 2018 Ignite Health initiative between Tsinghua University, Peking University and Merck, led negotiations, and headed new cross-border collaborations, working with corporations, investors, academics, students and the like. Tal also joined the judging panel at the 2018 Future Planet Awards in London.
    A licensed lawyer specializing in IP, Tal got her MBA from the MIT Sloane – Tsinghua program and personally counseled over 300 startups on strategy and IP matters. Having lived in Beijing for 7 years, Tal is back full time in Israel, and is currently consulting and delving deeper into the healthcare world.
