Amikam Levy arrived in Shanghai to take up the post of Consul General of Israel in Shanghai in January 2016. He leads the Israeli Government's engagement in East China: Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui and Jiangxi. Mr. Levy was Head of Inspection and Audit Department, titled Ambassador in the Foreign Ministry before his latest appointment.

Mr. Levy joined the Foreign Ministry in 1974 and served in numerous positions in the Ministry-after leaving the IDF where he reached the rank of Major. He was the Consul-General of Israel in HKSAR and Macao SAR from 2008 to 2013, and the Head of Regional Administration office for Asia and Africa, titled Ambassador at the Ministry from 2003 to 2008, the Ambassador of Israel to Vietnam and Laos from 2001 to 2003. He previously served at Israeli Embassies and Consulates in Washington, Rome and Stockholm. In addition, Mr. Levy was the CEO for Asia external relations in Weizmann Institute for Science.

Mr. Levy holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration in Turo College Jerusalem.

Mr. Levy is native in Hebrew and he also speaks English, Italian and Swedish. He is married with three children.

Mr. Nadav Zysblat, Deputy Consul General

Benjamin Peng currently holds a position of the managing director at Yafo Capital which is focused on Israeli technology investment. Benjamin has comprehensive and deep cooperation with Israeli investment institutes and technology companies and governmental organizations.

In the non-profit area, Benjamin is the co-founder of Non-profit organization the Israel Plan Organization, he lead the cross-border team to promote Israeli technology, culture, education and arts among Chinese people. Benjamin is also the partner of Chinabridge Investment Management(Shanghai) Inc. He facilitated many Israel related projects, such as Jewish Refugees in Shanghai exhibition in Jerusalem, Israel comes to Chinese Campus, GoforIsrael Investment Forum.

Einat Lev, heads the Economic and Trade Mission to East China, at the Consulate General of Israel, Shanghai, where she is in charge of promoting and facilitating trade and investment between Israel and China, and to enhance bilateral commercial relations. In her previous positions at the Ministry of Economy and Industry, she served as the Assistant to the Head of Foreign Trade Administration. In addition, she also held a position as Head of the China Department of the Foreign Trade Administration.
Einat Lev received her Bachelor of Science in Economic and East Asia Studies at the Hebrew University and Master of Business Administration at Ben Gurion University, both in Israel.

Mr. Ilan Maimon
Mr. Maimon is a founder and manager of several companies in the fields of manufacturing and Hi-Tech. Mr. Maimon is a successful Israeli entrepreneur in China for the last 15 years. Granted an honored citizen by Changzhou city and nominated as a counselor to Chinese government committee, made Ilan's story to elect by China Vice Prime minister to exemplified China-Israel relations.

Sinai Nissenboim is the Manager IsCham China Shanghai Branch.

Mr. Nissenboim has extensive experience working and living in China and a great deal of knowledge regarding the Chinese Culture, Society, consumer market, business culture, and speaks Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Nissenboim was responsible for leading Israelis companies expansion into China market.

He established business relationships with China's leading Business, Governmental institutions and major corporations.

Arie Schreier has over 20 years of management experience with companies and diplomatic missions throughout Asia, Australia and South America. He has spent the last 11 years managing logistics, administration, HR, recruiting, finance, and manufacturing operations for foreign companies in China.

Recently he was nominated as the General Manager of PTL Group - China after fulfilling the role of a COO and VP Sales and Marketing of PTL Group.

Arie has been working with a number of international companies to manage their sales, logistics, and manufacturing operations more successfully in a challenging China market. He was also involved in several Operational Audit as well as Turnaround and transformation projects for foreign Owned entities in China. As one of the founders of the China Industrial Initiative (CI2), he is actively involved in the establishment and management of several manufacturing facilities in the country.

He holds Masters Degrees in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia, and Public Administration from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Eyal Shimoni was appointed by the board as the Chief Representative when the bank decided to open the representative office in China in 2011. Mr. Shimoni heads the representative office and manages all the activities of Bank Leumi in China. Prior to that, Mr. Shimoni held numerous positions in Leumi Group including vice president for strategy and business development at Leumi Card, CEO at Leumi Check, and countrywide sales manager at Leumi Card. Before joining Leumi Group, Mr. Shimoni had worked for Teleclal as the vice president of marketing and sales.

Mr. Shimoni holds a B.A. of Economics from The Tel Aviv College of Management and a MBA from The University of Manchester. Mr. Shimoni studied Chinese from Fudan University after coming to China, can speak Hebrew, English, Arabic and Chinese.
