    Mr. Ning Tang is the founder and CEO of CreditEase, a global fintech leader specializing in inclusive finance and wealth management. He studied mathematics at Peking University and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of the South in the US. During his early career, Mr. Tang joined Wall Street investment bank Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he worked on IPO, bond issuance and M&A in the areas of financial services, telecommunications, media and technology.
     In 2006, Mr. Tang founded CreditEase in Beijing. After over 11 years of development, CreditEase has become one of China’s leading fintech companies focusing on inclusive finance and wealth management. In December 2015, CreditEase listed its online consumer finance and wealth management subsidiary, Yirendai, on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:YRD), the first fintech company IPO from China in the global capital markets.
     Mr. Tang serves as Chairman of Beijing Internet Finance Association. CreditEase serves as member of Standing Committee of National Internet Finance Association of China as well as Vice Chairman of China Micro-credit Companies Association.

    His career highlights include senior-level management at Merrill Lynch and Managing Director of Far East Investment Ltd., a VC fund specializing in later-stage investments. He is the Co-founder of Zero2IPO, a leading service provider for the Chinese VC and PE industry, and a founder of Sino Outbound, a leading cross border real estate investment platform, and a founder of Wow Fresh, the first dead sea salt therapy company in China. Mr. Dymant has invested in more than 20 companies in China, and in the last five years, he is an active angel investor in Israel.
    Mr. Dymant is also a representative partner in Pitango venture capital in China. Asia Direct is the leading company of bringing Israeli technologies into the China market. The company is responsible of bringing more than 100 Israeli companies into the Chinese market. In addition, Asia Direct has raised more than $300 M USD from China into Israeli Hi Tech companies in the last three years. Gal holds an MBA from New York University.

While marketing Israel's high tech industry and Innovative ecosystem in China on a national level. The Mission assist the companies from every sector to understand the local regulations and confront the government authorities in their name when needed. This is relevant in both exporting, partnerships and investment activities to and from china. 
    The Economic Mission also actively promotes the Israel Medical Device and Healthcare industry in China,lead delegations of companies specializing in various medical fields, assist the companies to find clients and investors, and enable them to export their products and services.

    Graduated from Tianjin University in 1983, during the past 20-30 years, Mr. Han Jun has gained rich experience in electrical engineering, local & central government’s knowledge of international science & technology cooperation projects/programs. Then, he became a Senior Engineer, and Diplomat.

    From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Han has severed as Second and First Secretary of Chinese Embassy in Italy/Rome. From 2012 to 2016, as the Science & Technology Counsellor, he has been working in Chinese Embassy in the State of Israel, for four and half years. During his diplomatic mission in Israel, Mr. Han has actively promoted the bilateral innovation cooperation, including VC investment and high-tech transfer. He has also helped the two sides singing about 100+ Agreements/MOUs, witnessed by Chinese ministers and governors.

    Now, he is working in National Center for Science and Technology Evaluation (NCSTE) of China, in charge of the evaluation of high-tech projects/IPR issues and technology transfer policy research, with the title of Deputy Chief Evaluator of NCSTE.
