Ariel Briskin graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Department of East Asian Studies and Political Science. Prior to his studies, he completed his service in the Israeli Army as a Pilot Training Commander. Ariel has been living in China for the past 7years, during which he studied in Sichuan University, as well as managed an Israeli Company based in Guangdong for over 3 years. These days, Ariel Briskin serves in Beijing as the General Manager of the Israel Chamber of Commerce in China (IsCham), and strives to utilize IsCham as a leading platform to boost cooperation between China and Israel. Ariel speaks fluent Chinese, English, Hebrew and Russian.

金瑞安毕业于耶路撒冷希伯来大学，东亚研究专业。在他取得学士学位前，曾作为飞行员训练指挥官在以色列国防军服役。金瑞安已在中国生活7年。在此期间，他在四川大学完成了汉语学习项目，并在广东一家以色列公司担任了3 年的职业经理人。如今，金瑞安在任中国以色列商会总经理，并努力运用商会作为主导平台推动中以商业合作。金瑞安能说流利的汉语，英语，俄语和希伯来语。

Mr. Eyal Shimoni was appointed by the board as the Chief Representative of Bank Leumi in China in 2011. Mr. Shimoni heads the representative office and manages all the activities of Bank Leumi in China. Prior to that, Mr. Shimoni held numerous positions in Leumi Group including vice president for strategy and business development at Leumi Card, CEO at Leumi Check, and countrywide sales manager at Leumi Card. Before joining Leumi Group, Mr. Shimoni had worked for Teleclal as the vice president of marketing and sales. Mr. Shimoni joined IsCham in 2014.
Mr. Shimoni holds a B.A. of Economics from The Tel Aviv College of Management and a MBA from The University of Manchester. Mr. Shimoni studied Chinese from Fudan University after coming to China, can speak Hebrew, English, Arabic and Chinese.

Benjamin Peng is the Managing Director of Tel Aviv based Cukierman Investment House; he was also the co-founder of Yafo Capital and the founder of the Israel Plan Organization(IPO 以色列计划), a Non-profit media organization advocating and promoting Israel in China. He has access to myriad resources such finance, media, technology and government in China and Israel. He graduated from Nanchang Aeronautical University, and earned his Global MBA degree from Arison Business School of IDC Israel, and studied EMBA courses at Columbia Business School as an exchange student in New York, and he also holds a certificate of AI strategy program from MIT Sloan.

彭湘墨先生现任以色列库克曼投资集团董事总经理兼中国区负责人，他也是雅法资本联合创始合伙人。先后从事过技术研发，市场及运营管理工作。彭湘墨先生也是非营利媒体机构以色列计划的创始人，以色列计划致力于在全球华人世界推广以色列的科 技、文化、教育等领域，并推动中以关系的发展。彭湘墨先生毕业于南昌航空大学机械电子专业，并获得以色列顶尖私立大学 IDC 阿里森商学院的全球 MBA 学位，并在纽约哥伦比亚大学商学院交换进修 EMBA 课程, 以及获得麻省理工学院(MIT)斯隆商学院的 人工智能战略课程文凭。

Yoav Sade is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group and leads Meitar's China practice. His work focuses on international projects and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and commercialization of technologies. Yoav serves as Vice Chairman of the Israel-China-Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and frequently lectures before various forums on the negotiation of business transactions and the legal aspects of doing business in China. Yoav has 30 years of experience working on matters related to the Chinese market, during which he worked in one of the leading law firms in Hong Kong for several years. Yoav represents both Chinese investors and Israeli companies in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions, and in establishing a presence in China and Israel.
