Mr. Qiu Ming was born on 8th November, 1974, in Beijing, he is currently completing his PhD in Tsinghua SEM, Entrepreneur Expert Program. At the same time he’s the Vice Chairman of French branch of the European Alumni Association of Tsinghua SEM.
Mr. Qiu Ming holds the Chairman & President of Kuntin Investment Management Group Joint-Stock Co., Ltd, and he is the Member of Chinese Zhi Gong Party, Member of Beijing Tongzhou CPPCC Member, Member of Work Committee, Zhi Gong Party Tongzhou District, and Council Member of China Development Zone Association, the Hi-End Industry Development Councilor of Beijing Economic-Technology Development Area.
Mr. Qiu Ming is also the share holder of Rudolf Scharping Strategie Beratung Kommunikation AG.

Mr. Fang Qiuchen graduated from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 1989, majored in International Business Management. He obtained his master degree of Business Administration at the Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB) in 2000.
Since April 2015, Mr. Fang took the position as Chairman of China International Contractor’s Association (CHINCA) which was affiliated to MOFCOM. CHINCA is the national organization formed by Chinese international project contractors, investors, labor service companies and related service providers, with the mission to drive the sound development of its member companies and to promote the rapid and healthy progress of China’s international investment and economic cooperation.

Isaac has been Senior adviser for the Deputy Prime Minister in Israel Mr. Shimon Peres.
He is a retire Lt. Coronel, has serve for more than 20 years at the Israel Defense Force on Key Economics and Budgeting Roles.
Isaac holds a B.A. in Economics and MBA in Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.

Zachi has a 20 years of diverse experience in civil engineering, construction and mapping technologies. Zachi was the cofounder and lead entrepreneur in PARKLIFE, a startup specializing in predictive navigation technology in the automotive industry. He also served as VP Sales and Business Development at Top Ramdor (T.A. Stock Exchange, project management platform) and held different management roles in Autodesk distribution channels. Zachi holds a B.S in Civil engineering from the Technion (I.I.T) and M.S in Geography (GIS program) from TAU (Tel Aviv University).
